- This subscription service provides access to Safewater's SwimSafe Maintenance Program, available on a recurring basis until canceled by you or terminated by us.
- By subscribing, you accept and agree to these terms.
Subscription Term and Renewal
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly, annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Billing cycles are based on the date of your original purchase.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting our support team at 854-222-3176.
- If canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your subscription.
- After the cancellation period, access to the service will be revoked.
Fees and Payment
- All subscription fees must be paid in advance.
- By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provided for recurring subscription fees until cancellation.
- We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. You will be notified of fee changes before they take effect.
Changes to Service
- We may update, modify, or discontinue the service or any part of it without prior notice.

User Responsibilities
